Therapeutic intervention following injection

Training after botulinum toxin: Upper Extremity (UE) and Lower Extremity (LE).
Evaluation using Tardieu and MAS (practical application).
Practical application of SMART goals and Goal Attainment Scale (GAS).
Combined treatment modalities (orthoses, serial casting, NMES + foot drop stimulators).
Introduction to the use of US (ultrasound) and practical testing.
Baclofen pump treatment (Intrathecal Baclofen Therapy).
Diagnostic methods (gait laboratory, functional examinations, as well as pre- and post-observation).
Other treatment methods (Orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, neurolysis, and nerve blocks).
Evidence regarding the use of botulinum toxin.
Presentation of home assignment.
